Each child has their own key worker who will monitor and track their progress. A key worker is a named member of staff with responsibilities for a small group of children who helps those children in the group feel safe and cared for.

Our key workers are Miss Eaves, Miss Francis, Mrs Sullivan and Mrs Davies.

Their role is an important one, it involves the key worker responding sensitively to children’s feelings and behaviours and meeting emotional needs by giving reassurance, such as when they are new to a setting or class, and supporting the child’s well-being. Each week your child will spend time in their groups with their key worker, where they will get a chance to use and develop their speaking and listening skills.
